ERP-X is a product of GIANGDC COMPANY LIMITED (Business Registration Number: 0108555825), with its registered office at Floor 2, No. 671 Truong Dinh Street, Thinh Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, Vietnam. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when you use ERP-X and the Facebook / Instagram / Messenger integration features.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information necessary to provide the service:

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, business details.
  • Business data you enter into ERP-X (HR, customers, orders, etc.).
  • Access logs: IP address, browser, access time (for security & debugging).

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to: provide the service, authenticate users, support customers, improve the product, and send important service notifications (not marketing).

3. Data Protection

We apply standard security measures: TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, firewalls, role-based access control, regular backups, and audit logs of all administrative actions.

4. Information Sharing

We DO NOT sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes, except: (a) with your consent, (b) when necessary to provide the service you requested (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers), or (c) as required by lawful requests from government authorities.

5. Facebook / Instagram / Messenger Integration

ERP-X provides an omnichannel inbox feature that lets you connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account to centrally manage customer messages. When you authorize the connection, we collect and process the following data from Meta Platforms:

  • Page Access Token & metadata: to authenticate and sync the Pages you own.
  • Message content: messages customers send to your Page (text, images, file attachments) — only to display to your agents to reply.
  • Sender information: public display name and avatar of users messaging your Page.
  • Postbacks, delivery & read receipts: to display message status.

Purpose of use: solely for your business's internal omnichannel inbox feature. We DO NOT use Facebook data for advertising, DO NOT sell to third parties, DO NOT use for training public AI models.

Storage: message data is stored on your cloud infrastructure (self-hosted) or on ERP-X secure servers (managed), encrypted at rest and backed up daily.

Compliance: ERP-X complies with the Meta Platform Terms, Data Processing Terms and applicable Meta user privacy regulations.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and correct your personal information.
  • Request deletion of personal data — see Data Deletion Instructions.
  • Request data export (data portability).
  • Revoke Facebook/Instagram connection authorization at any time.
  • Opt out of marketing emails.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is stored throughout your service usage. When you request deletion or cancel your account, we will delete personal data within 30 days, except for data legally required to be retained (accounting, tax). Full instructions: /data-deletion.

9. Children

ERP-X is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest update date is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notification.
