This page explains how to request the deletion of all personal data you have provided to ERP-X, including data synchronized via the Facebook / Instagram / Messenger integrations.

ERP-X is a product of GIANGDC COMPANY LIMITED (Business Registration Number: 0108555825), in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Vietnamese law.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • ERP-X account information (name, email, phone, business).
  • Access tokens (Page Access Token, User Access Token) for Facebook / Instagram.
  • All messages, contacts, and conversations synced from Facebook Page / Instagram Business.
  • Inbox configurations, automation, labels, and agent action history.
  • Access logs and audit logs related to your account.

Note: some data legally required to be retained (accounting, tax, security logs) will be kept for an additional 5 years under Vietnamese law and then auto-deleted.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Send Email (recommended)

Send an email to support@erp-x.com with the subject:

[Data Deletion Request] - Request to delete data

The email should include:

  • The ERP-X account email you registered with.
  • Facebook User ID or Page ID you connected (if any).
  • Reason for deletion request (optional).
  • Photo of ID/Passport (for identity verification if needed).

Method 2: In the ERP-X App

  1. Sign in to your ERP-X account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone.
  3. Click Delete account and all data.
  4. Confirm with your password and the OTP sent via email.

Method 3: Revoke from Facebook (deletes Facebook data only)

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find the erp-x app in the list.
  3. Click View and edit → Remove.
  4. Facebook will automatically send a deletion callback request to ERP-X; data will be deleted within 30 days.

3. Processing Time

  • Request acknowledgment: within 48 working hours.
  • Deletion completion: within 30 days of acknowledgment.
  • Email notification: you will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

4. Deletion Confirmation Code

After we receive your request, we will provide a Confirmation Code in the format:

ERPX-DEL-XXXXXXXX
